My baby isn't my baby anymore!


Happy 2nd Birthday to Abigail! She had a lovely day, we were all up early (no change there then!) for her to open her presents. She had lots (and lots!) of Dora toys and accessories, a ride on quad bike (as she loves Josh's), a slide, toy kitchen, Disney presents and clothes. Of course, given all that, her favourite toy was her balloon! (You will note the fingerprints all over the TV - hmm, guess who?!)

We gave Josh a small present for the day - here he is as a Knight of the Realm!


She had a couple of hours at nursery while I prepared a birthday tea and then her Nanny and Grandad came round for tea.

Other Witherstone news, Congrats to Hannah (my step daughter!) who got 1 A and 3 B's at A-level and actually got the highest marks in her entire college. Go girl, we are all very proud of you!

Frustration

My Broadband connection is down so we're having to use dial-up and it is sooooo slow. Sorry for not posting anything on any of my sites. Have given up waiting for pics to load etc. Just checking in really and I have to wish Sasha good luck for the next few days! It's a shame Justin can't wait a month to go over to Hong Kong as Jerry is over in September!

Fridge Envy

Following on from Jayne's post about her new fridge freezer I thought I would post about my new fridge! I wanted the same one as Jayne has got, but decided it wouldn't fit into my utility room! I tried every way of trying to fit the fridge into the space, but decided at that the money, I would not risk it not fitting into the space, as I think it could be a divorce job lol!

Anyay, my fridge is now in place (and yes, they had trouble getting it into the room), the cupboard where the old fridge freezer was in now full of shelves, and I've actually got space to put all my stuff in. Our kitchen isn't small but it is terribly designed (it was a new build when we moved in) so this is the cheaper option - and I can actually see my work surfaces now (hence you actually seeing pics of my kitchen!) The added bonus is that Abi isn't strong enough to open this fridge freezer yet so no raiding!

This is a first for me, I 'think' that there is a video of my kitchen. Not sure of the quality though!





It seems to work, although not very interesting lol!
