School Hols!
Josh finished nursery on Tuesday, he's now off until he starts reception class on 18th September - how long?! I will enjoy pottering about with him and Abi, but his Dad starts his new job on Monday - how about that for timing? The first day back at work is the official first day of the school summer break?!
Abi was in nursery as usual for a Thursay so we took Josh to Alton Towers. The heatwave meant that everyone was there (or so it seemed) so we left just after lunch. We don't live far away so quite often go for a morning. There was an accident on the Runaway Train ride while we were there, and the Air Ambulance came, but no-one was seriuosly hurt, thankfully.
We went on the new Charlie and The Chocolate Factory ride - the boat trip bit was OK, but the lift ride at the end is fab!

As you can see, he was tired by the end of day! 
Not to miss Abi out, here's her having her tea the other day! She's just discovered the delights of M&S childrens' Chicken and Rice!
Huge congratulations go to Kell and her familily - on their new arrival Sonny, he is a looker already!
Yay to J's job! Clever man....anychance you can go to China with him but end up here instead???!!! Looks like the ASian food is already a hit with Abi!!
Bless Josh falling asleep after a fab day;can't wait to take Finn to a theme park. (Think J and I will love it more!)
Sorry about your job. Huh! Just been reading a book all about working mothers and the lack of rspect in the workplace.

OOhhhhh, your day out sounds fab!!I used to love Funfairs and parks like Alton T but for some odd reason now I'm petrified of ANY rides. I watch too many CSI I suppose where people fall off rides misteriously and die a gruesome death. So Nia can only throw the little fabric ball or similar.
Lovin Abi's "face makeup". lol.

I'm jealous! I looooove Alton Towers, haven't been in a few years & am gaggin for an adrenaline buzz! Josh looks like he truly wore himself out & Abi, bless her, I bet she's still orange now isn't she?! Haha! Not tried M&S for kids food, might go check out their range!

you are soooo lucky living near Alton Towers! cant imagine just popping over for 1/2 a day lol! blimey josh is off for ages jess goes on the 4th sept, she has a week of half days though and then the whole day from the 11 eeek! abi's hair is getting long! such a neat and tidy eater lol!
